👀 Oh Heeeey NEW gorgeous border!
This one was kind of an accident when I was playing around with a large Wilton pedal tip, and it turned out so fun and fresh! Inside it’s my pumpkin chocolate chip cake with cocoa buttercream, chocolate jimmies, and a chocolate ganache drip. Recipe in my Cake Confidence cookbook (um... featured in @forbes and @delish in their TOP COOKBOOKS FOR 2019 list 😱😭😱). This can’t be real life!?
Anyways, back to reality 🤣... My video this time shows a peek into how I can get sharp edges without an acrylic disc, cardboard round, or flipping upside down methods. Just a cake scraper and an offset cake spatula. 🤘🏻
