✨Embracing my back rolls ✨
Normally I wouldn’t post something that shows any skin rolls or fat deposits anywhere in my body (I tend to hold fat in my upper back and under my arms and hips as you can seeeeee), But it’s silly to expect your body to look perfect all the time, especially from different angles and positions. However, I feel like the pressure put on women to look perfect all the time is just insane! Social media, and all the junk the fashion industry shoves down our throats every day def. doesn’t help. .
Just remember your body doesn’t define you, and as a women, we naturally store more fat in these “difficult” spots. It’s literally part of our physiology.
I know for a lot of people, fitness is about becoming better aesthetically... to look better. For myself, I started my fitness journey cause I was feeling like sh*t. Mentally and physically. I found that once you start to FEEL like a hot ass tamale, you start to look like one too lol 🌶 😍
Long story short Don’t put too much pressure on yourself! Figure out what’s really important to you, check in with how you feel about yourself before worrying about what anyone else thinks. And remember, ur fab!!
