When your eyes are dry and won’t open. When your hand reaches out and tries to find the right area of the phone screen to hit that snooze button. When you repeat this at least another three times. When you start setting your alarm earlier because you “need” five snoozes.
I’ve been there and these are all signs of chronic sleep deprivation and sleep debt building up.
